Freedom Fit TX LLC ("Freedom Fit," "we," "us," or "our") provides fitness coaching, training, nutrition, accountability, and progress-tracking tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Freedom Fit website, mobile application, and related coaching services.

Who may use Freedom Fit

The Freedom Fit private beta is intended only for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit children under 18 to create an account. Contact us if you believe a person under 18 has provided information to Freedom Fit.

Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, Freedom Fit may collect:

  • Account and contact information, including your name, email address, account identifiers, and role.
  • Fitness and wellness information, including workouts, exercise performance, steps, goals, recovery, sleep, hydration, nutrition, weight, body measurements, habits, and progress.
  • Content you choose to provide, including progress photos, check-in responses, messages, coaching feedback, notes, and support requests.
  • Device and technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including device and notification identifiers, authentication records, and basic usage or completion records.
  • Coach and business information, including professional profile, credential details, roster relationships, and operational records.

Please do not submit information that you do not want Freedom Fit or your authorized coach to process through the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; deliver training, nutrition, progress, accountability, messaging, and coaching features; connect members with assigned coaches; personalize plans; respond to check-ins and support requests; send service and security communications; maintain and improve Freedom Fit; enforce our terms; and comply with legal obligations.

Freedom Fit does not use account information for third-party advertising or cross-company tracking, and we do not sell personal information.

How information is shared

We may share information:

  • With the coach or authorized Freedom Fit personnel assigned to support your account.
  • With service providers that host, secure, communicate, or operate Freedom Fit, such as Supabase and Expo, only as needed to provide the service.
  • When you direct us to share information or give consent.
  • When reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety or rights, investigate misuse, or secure the service.
  • In connection with a business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required.

Progress photos, check-ins, messages, and other member content are not public. Access is limited to the member and authorized Freedom Fit personnel according to their roles.

Data retention

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. When an account-deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify associated personal information unless a limited record must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or safety reasons.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including account authentication, role-based access, and restricted data access. No service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password and authentication codes confidential and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices

You may review or update available profile information in the app. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by using Menu → Privacy & account in the Freedom Fit app or by visiting our Privacy Choices page. Account-deletion requests are scheduled for completion within 30 days, subject to limited legally required retention.

Fitness and health notice

Freedom Fit provides fitness coaching and educational tools. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Freedom Fit evolves. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
