Privacy Choices
Freedom Fit gives you choices about the personal information connected to your account.
Access or correction
You can review and update available profile information inside the Freedom Fit app. For information that cannot be changed in the app, email aaron@freedomfittx.com from the address connected to your account and describe the information you want to access or correct.
Delete your Freedom Fit account
In the app:
- Open Menu.
- Select Privacy & account.
- Select Request account deletion.
- Review the notice, type DELETE, and confirm the request.
Your request will be scheduled for completion within 30 days. While the request is pending, the app will show the status and available cancellation option. Once deletion is completed, the account and associated personal information cannot be restored.
We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or safety. Other information will be deleted or de-identified according to our Privacy Policy.
Email fallback
If you cannot access the app, email aaron@freedomfittx.com from the address connected to your account with the subject Account Deletion Request. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. Never send your password, authenticator setup key, verification code, or recovery code.
