Terms of Service

Effective September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Freedom Fit website, mobile application, private beta, coaching tools, and related services provided by Freedom Fit TX LLC ("Freedom Fit," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Freedom Fit, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Freedom Fit. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your password and authentication codes, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Private beta

Freedom Fit is currently offered as a private beta. Features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. Beta access may be limited, suspended, or ended while we test and improve the service. Do not rely on the beta as your only record of important information.

Fitness and health responsibility

Freedom Fit provides fitness coaching, education, accountability, and tracking tools. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult an appropriate professional before beginning or changing an exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy, or other health concern.

You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate for your abilities, using proper form and equipment, and stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services.

Coaching relationships

Coaches may provide education, encouragement, programming, and feedback within the scope of their role and qualifications. A coach-member relationship is not a medical, mental-health, or emergency-services relationship. Coach availability and response times may vary.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Freedom Fit, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, upload unlawful or harmful content, harass other users, or use the service in a way that violates law or another person's rights. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit Freedom Fit except where law expressly permits.

Your content

You retain ownership of information and content you submit, including progress photos, check-ins, messages, and fitness records. You grant Freedom Fit a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to provide the content you submit.

Freedom Fit intellectual property

Freedom Fit, its branding, designs, software, content, features, and related intellectual property belong to Freedom Fit TX LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Freedom Fit at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, address nonpayment where applicable, or secure the service. Account-deletion requests can be submitted through Menu → Privacy & account or our Privacy Choices page.

Service availability and results

We work to provide a reliable service, but Freedom Fit is provided on an "as available" basis during the private beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific fitness or business results, or that every feature will be error-free. Results depend on many factors, including individual effort, health, consistency, and circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Fit TX LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Freedom Fit evolves. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
